The Annual Meeting of the Friends of the Raymond Village Library, a not-for-profit corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Maine ("FRVL"), will be held at the Raymond Village Library, Raymond, ME on August 5, 2023 at 9:30 am Eastern Time, or at any adjournment thereof, for the following purposes:  

• To elect to the Executive Committee of FRVL four officers (4) with terms expiring at the 2025 Annual Meeting;
• To approve the annual dues; and
• To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Each Friend of FRVL in good standing at the time of voting is entitled to cast one vote on each matter presented for consideration at the meeting.
